本产品属我公司创新设计的药物包装机械，其功能达到国内先进水平，适用于制药、食品、电子、医疗器械等行业的胶囊、片剂、蜜丸、糖果及异形物的铝铝、铝塑、纸塑复合密封包装。该机采用微民脑可编程控制器，触摸面板操作，变频调速，自动化程度高，操作方便，是目前十分理想的包装设备。 特点： 热封站固定，成型、压痕、冲裁等部件在机身同一平面上可任意调节间距，适应各种尺寸药版的包装，精度高，适用性强。 行程可调，自动送料，对版加热，正压成型，上下网纹，气缸热封，自动压痕打批号，机械牵引，操作简单，运作可靠。 采用进口齿轮减速机，噪音低，寿命长。 模具压板定位，对版准确，换模方便。 组合式机构，拆装方便，便于维修。为便于进入车间，机身可进行分体制作。注：1、可配光标跟踪对版封合装置。 2、可按用户要求增配喷墨打玛（字）装置。

Lmported gear speed reducer so as to achieve low noise and a long life. Moulds are located with press plate so as to achieve correct plate matching and easy change of moulds. Compound mechanism is easy to be dismantled,reassembled and maintained.The machine body is fadricated in dividable sections.
