30B高效万能粉碎机组

本粉碎机组由30B粉碎机、ESC物料收箱、吸尘器组成。解决物料在粉碎过程中粉尘飞扬。 本机的工作原理是物料入粉碎室，在高速旋转的活动齿盘与固定齿盘间受齿的行挚、剪切、摩擦及物料间的机经撞挚的作用下被粉碎、经筛网筛选后即成为所需的粉料。 本粉碎机组的粉碎机、物料收集箱和吸尘器，全部采用不锈钢材料制作。符合药品生产的“GMP”要求。

This machine is applied to blend material in powder or paste form for evenly mixing of different materials.It is featured by horizontal chute type single blade mixin.The mixing blade is adjustable type for easy cleaning.All positions to contact material are made of stainless steel and have fair resistance to corrosion.The mixing chute may automatically turm to empty the material and mixing time also receives auto control. This pulverizer set consists of 30B pulverizer.ESC material collecting tank and ESC dust catcher.It resolves the problem of flying dusts during the shattering process. The working of this machine is as follows;when entered the shattering chamber,material will be shattered by bumping.shearing,abrasion of the teeth between the moving gear revolving at high speed and fixed gear and the mechanical impact among materials as well.sieved out by screen mesh is the requied powder. The pulverizer.material collecting tank and dust catcher in this pulverizer set are all made of stainless material and conform to GMP requirements for medicine production.
